Ordered that Polly Dunbar's name be added to the stipend list at the rate of $2.50 per month un til further order of this body. * Ordered that the sheriff refrain from collecting poll tax from Dan Fuller, for fiscal year, 1903, he be ing over age. Ordered that the sheriff refrain from collecting poll tax from Mittie Crowner and O .L. Flowers for fis cal year, 1903 same being erron eously assessed. Ordered that Jane Orsborne's name be added to the stipend list at the rate of $2.50 per month un til further order of this board. * Be it ordered by the board that M. T. Lewman & Co., contractors remodeling of the present court house and the erection of the for the new jail, be and they are hereby directed as follows: To place in position where shown on the first floor plans and eleva tions, new window frames, sash and glass, with necessary equip ments and same size and kind as shown and indicated by figures, without extra charge, to take place of the old ones. The brick work, iron lintels and plastering around each opening to be paid for at the unit prices set forth in the proposal sheet. J. Be it further ordered that M. T. Lewman & Co. furnish the neces sary window and door frames, to gether with sash, doors and glass as shown by details prepared by the architects for the same in the front of the building, and execute such other work as will be necessary to complete the same in accordance with the details, for which addi tional work and material they wil receive payment as follows : Fifty ($50.00) Dollars per opening for each opening, except the two front doors, which will be Forty ($40.00]» Dollars each, including frames. Such other material as will be nec essary for the above work will be paid for in accordance with the unit prices set forth in the proposal sheet. Ordered by the board that M. T. Lewman& Co., contractors for the remodeling of the old court house and the building of the new jail, be and they are hereby authorized to make the following changes speci fied in the instructions from A. J. Bryan, architect, to M. T.
