NEGRO KILLED BY ACCIDENT He Was Shot by Another Nejro With an "Unloaded" Gun. Scarcely a day passes t>ut what somewhere In this broad domain a now uravi· is made for the man who "monkeyed" with an "unleuded" gun. The latest victim was a negro at one of the International trading camps about three miles from Italy Sunday afternoon. His name was Morris Battle and he and a colored companion named Will McDonald were fooling with an old pistol. McDonald had the (run in his hand and was snapping it. They thought it wasn't loaded and it was pointed toward Battle. Suddenly the gun was discharged, the hall taking ef fect in Battle's bodv, producing in stant death. The dead man lived at Marlin and his remains were shipped there for burial. The speakers have been selected and a musical program will bo arranged tonight. The people will not meet up town and march in a body to the cemetery asthas heretofore been the custom. The gates of the cemetery will be opened promptly at 3:30 and the exercises will begin at 4 and at the conclusion of the program the people will repair to the graves where the flowers will be distribut ed.
