Ten bills or "indictments were re
turned by the grand Jury Friday af
ternoon, three being for felonies and
seven for misdemeanors. The felony
indictments were for sodomy, seduc
tion and theft from the person. Of
the misdemeanors, oue was for ag
gravated assault and battery, two
for gaming and four for violating
the local option law.
