Md., Nov. 23.—A street pageant was the spectacular feature of today's program at the celebration of the bi-centenary of Annapolis. Many marines and sailors Naval academy and St. John's Col lege cadets, civic organizations and state militia companies were in line, as well as several elaborate floats and bands. Alabama Con federate veterans and sons have been completed and the great gath ering will be formally opened to morrow.
