cause why the custody of a minor
child by the name of Mamie Opper
man should not be given to Mrs So
phia Villa the petitioner in the case
The plaintiff who is at present the
wife of P J Villa of Houston alleges
that she was married to William Op
perman of Galveston in 1890 Two
children were born of the marriage
on a boy now 1C years of age and
the other the girl over whom the
controversy is waged
