of at least 5000000 alleged to have
been illegally paid to contractors for
furnishing the new state capitol was
entered in the Dauphin county court
today by the attorney generals de
partment The actions are against
the contractors John Sanderson de
ceased and the Pennsylvania Con
struction company The suits are the
outgrowth of the capitol investigation
in 1907 and Sre entirely sep
criminal actions brought over two
years ago
