rested here last night because he an
swered the description of Joseph
Wendling who is wanted In Louisville
for the murder of Alma Kellner He
denies he is the man wanted but tells
conflicting stories of his actions
Capt J P Carney a Louisville de
tective now in San Antonio has wired
that he will tie here tomorrow The
arrest was made by Sheriff Wlnscom
of Fort Bend county and Detective
