Water Famine at Marshall
Marshall Texas Sept IS The Tex
as and Pacific railroad put two water
trains on yesterday on the eastern di
vision For some time past the com
pany has had a string of tank cars
into Longview but water got short in
Marshall and the city was unable to
furnish water as it has in the past
when this supply gets short from the
water works and the company had to
cut the tank train in two and send
half of it to be used between Cypress
Bayou at Jefferson and the shops at
Marshall
