Chiekasha Water Light it Tele phone Company, it's successor or assigns the privileges and rights of way to erect, construct, operate and maintain a full system of Wa ter Works and Electric Lignts in the City of Chiekasha, Indian Ter ritory, and granting to the said Chiekasha Water-Light it Tele phone Company the use of the streets, alleys and public grounds of the said City of Chiekasha tor such purposes, regulating the man ner in which the same shall Ite erected, constructed, ojeraled and maintained, providing for mains and hydrants for the protection of the cily against fire, regulating the charges to he made hy the said Chiekasha Water-Light & Tele phone Comjmiy, for the use of water and lights, and for other purjKses. lie it ordained hy the City Council of the City of Chiekasha: Sec. 1. That the Chiekasha Water-Light & Telephone Com pany, a corjxjration is hereby gran ted the rights and privileges to es tablish, construct, operate and miintain a system of water works in and near the City of Chiekasha for the purpose of furnishing said wity and its inhabitants and the ad jacent territory and its inhabitants with good and sufficient water from the most available sources, also the right and privilege to use the streets and alley and public grounds of the said city of Chick aaha within the present and future corporate limits also to cros any stream or rivers therein for the purpose of placing, repairing, tak ing up, constructing and maintain ing mains, hydrants, waterways, structures, fixtures and devices for the proper service of water as herein mentioned. Sec. 2.
