The livestock finance corporation today completed Its organization and Is eady to be gin its work of assisting the live stock Industry, it was announced after a meeting of officials of tho organizations and others interested in the livestock Industry. The corporation was launched with a pool of $22,000,000 contributed by Now York, Chicago and Boston bank ers at Its disposal to 'be used In mak ing loans. An optimistic view of the live stock situation was taken by thosi at today's meeting. for holding the Southwest American Livestock show here, which . had been set tentatively for the first week In .February has been post poned until sometime early In March, officials of the exposition, have announced. The change was mado, it was said, in order that breedors and other livestock men who wished to place entries would ho allowed more time preparation.
