Pursuant to adjournment, the Board of County Commissioners of Elmore County, Idaho, met in con tinued session in their office, court liuse, county seat. Present S. B. Blackwell, chairman, Horace B. Howland and John F. Gaines, commissioners. In accordance with request of Mary C. McLaughlin, County Treas urer, |for the transference of moneys to New York to meet the payment of bouda and interest due, the Board ordered $4,109.00 transferred to Na tional City Bank, and $787.50 trans ferred to Kountze Brothers Bank, New York. O. E. Cannon appeared before the Board in behalf of Mrs. J. G. Watts, requesting the interest and penalty be cancelled on Tax No. 5213 for the years 1922 to 1925 inclusive. Thereupon the Board ordered all interest and penalty cancelled on the following listed certificates, to-wit: Delinquency certificate No. 3610, year 1922. Delinquency certificate No. 3795, year 1923. Utter as Justice of Peace, Glenns Ferry Precinct, Elmore Coun tentatively made, pending be in the Board fixed the ty, Idaho, the filing and approval of a 'bond in the sum of $500.00. Maggie Howet'h, King Hill, Idaho, requested of the Board that certain property hereinafter described and which has been deeded to Elmore County for th 1920 taxes, be adver tised and sold at public auction. It is therefore the order of the Board of County Commissioners that the following described property be advertised and sold at public auc tion, to-wit: Lots 1, 2. 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, block 3, King Hill Townsite.
