Board of County Commissioners of
Elmore County, Idaho, met in con
tinued session in their office, court
liuse, county seat.
Present S. B. Blackwell, chairman,
Horace B. Howland and John F.
Gaines, commissioners.
In accordance with request of
Mary C. McLaughlin, County Treas
urer, |for the transference of moneys
to New York to meet the payment of
bouda and interest due, the Board
ordered $4,109.00 transferred to Na
tional City Bank, and $787.50 trans
ferred to Kountze Brothers Bank,
New York.
O. E. Cannon appeared before the
Board in behalf of Mrs. J. G. Watts,
requesting the interest and penalty
be cancelled on Tax No. 5213 for the
years 1922 to 1925 inclusive.
Thereupon the Board ordered all
interest and penalty cancelled on the
following listed certificates, to-wit:

on file, was examined and approved
by the Board together with the sher
iff's receipt in the sum of $10.00 in
payment of said license.
It is therefore the order of the
Board that a license to conduct a
'dance pavilion in Featherville Pre
cinct, Elmore County, Idaho, be is
sued to the petitioners Chris Hen
dricks, Jr., and William Clays as of
this date.

ceeds of such sale to the satisfaction

terest and all costs and attorney fees.

Meridian; containing 80 acres, to
gether with all water, water rights,
ditch and canal rights thereunto be

Notice Is hereby given that on the
10th day of July, 1926, at the hour
of ten o'clock a. m. of that day. at
the front door of the county court
house in Mountain Home, Elmore
County, Idaho, I will sell all, or so
much of the above described proper
ty as may be sufficient to satisfy the
judgment as set out in said order
and writ with interest and -all ex
penses and costs, at public auction,
to the highest bidder therefor in law
ful money.
