Steps have already been taken to put
Idaho's most ambitious highway con
struction program into force und effect
and State Highway Engineer ii. C- Al
len is now in flic north preliminary to
actual construction work, states a
Boise paper. This program involves
the expenditure during the next two
years of approximately $5,000,000, the
largest amount over included in a bien
nial budget of this state for road con
struction.
Governor Davis lias signed both the
