RESTORATION to entry of LANDS IN NATIONAL FOREST. Notice Is hereby given that the lands described below, embracing 196.20 acres, within the Idaho national for est, Idaho, will be subject to settle ment and entry under the provisions of the home8tesd laws of the United States and the act of June 11, llfV) <34 Stat, 283), at the United States land office st Hatley, Idaho on Oct ober 28, 1921. Any settler who was act nally and in good faith claiming any - of said lands for agricultural purposes prior to January 1, 1906, and has not abandoned same, haa a preference right to make a homestead entry for the lands actually occupied. Said lands were listed upon the applications of the persons mentioned below, who have a preference right subject to the prior right of any guch settler, provided auch settler or applicant la qualified to to make homestead entry and the pref erence right la exercised prior to Oct ober 28, 1921, on which date the lands will be subject to settlement and entry by any qualified person. Applications may be filed twenty days prior to the above date but' will not be allowed antll the day set for opening thereof. Ex-service men who served during the war with Germany will also have a preference right of entry for a period of sixty-three days prior to the above date. Such preference, however, is sub ject to the superior preference of set tiers prior to January 1, 1906 anl list «es.
