Approved Royembe Be it Ordained by tbe Mayor and Council of the City of Orangeville: Section 1. no person shall cart or cease to be carted, or leave or cense to be left, or keep ln or adjoining auy street, lane« a 1 ley, or public place, or in any lot« yard or premises within tbe limits of tbe City of Orangeville, any bones, putrid, unsound, unwholesome or refuse meat, or beef of any animal, or tbe whole or part of any ani mal, or any unsound, putrid or unwholesome substance, or any offal, garbage, manure, or the offensive part of any animal or animals. Section 2. No person or persons shall permit or suffer to accumulate In or upon an? yard, lot or piemlses, owned or occupied by them, within the limits of the City of tiremreville, any stag nant or impure water, refuse vegetables, de caved or decaying substances, garbage or filth of auy kind; nor suffer any yard, lot or prem ises to be or remain ln such condition as to cause or create a nuisance or offensive smell on the atmosphere, or thereby to become, cause or create a public nuleance. All persons keeping or having a barn where animals are kept shall cause all manure and filth to be removed therefrom and from the premises where the said barn is situ ated, at Intervals of not more than thirty days. Any person violating any of the provisions of Sections l, 2 or 8 of this ordinance »hall, upon a conviction thereof, be fined In any sum not more than 960 and costa, and in default of the payment thereof shall stand committed to the city jail until snch fin« and costa are paid.
