Notice of Sheriffs Sale* State cf Idaho, 88 dear Lake \ County of To whom it may concern : Be it known that I, John Olsen, Sher iff of Bear Lake county, Idaho, under and by virtue of an execution, which issued from the District Court of the Fifth Judicial District in and for county aud statua foresaid, to me directed and delivered; will , at the hour of one o'clock p. m. of said day, sell to the highest bidder for cash in hand the following described proper ty, levied upon and attached by me heretofore finder and by virtue of an attachment which issued from said court in an action, wherein t he Consoli dated Wagon & Machine company, a corporation, was plaintiff, and the St. Julien Mining & Smelting company, a corporation, was defendant, to satisfy a judgment rendered in said action in favor of said plaintiff and against said défendent for the sum of Five Hundred Twenty Nine and 29-100 Dollars with interest thereon at the rate of seven per cent per annum from the 2nd day of January A.
