All exhibitors are requested to bring in their exhibits not taler than 5 o'clock p. m., on Monday September 28, ttie first day of the fair. Po*itl vely no article will be received after 1 o'clock p. m. Sept. 2». Single tickets of admission 50 cts Between the age of 8 and 14 years. 25 cents. Season tickets, »1.00. Child ren under 8 years of age, free when accompanied by tbelr parents or guardian. All person« entering the fair are expected to purchase admission tick cts. On the entry of each article or ani mal, a card will lie furnished to the exhibitor, specifying the class and number of the entry, said card to re main attached to the animal or article during the exhibition, except sheep, poultry and hogs, when It may be attached to the article or pen. No animal or article will be allow to compete for more than one pre mium, nor be entered In more than one class, except as one of a herd or in sweepstakes. No animal or article shall be with drawn before 4 p. m., the last day of the fair, unless by special permit of the secretary. Every animal or article must lie entered in the name of tbe owner or producer, whose number must be en dorsed on tbe entry card, and due record of number and name or exhib itor shall lie kept by the superlntend ent'of each class or division. Exhibitors will at all times give tbe necessary and personal attention to whatever they have on exhibition, and at the close of the fair take en tire charge of tbe same. The asso ciation will use every precaution In its power for the safe preservation of all articles and stock on exhibition, but will not be accountable for loss or damage. Any exhltor Interfering with the Judges during their adjudication, will forfeit their right to premium and all officers are required, and exhibitors are requested to report any violation of this rule to the secretary. The first premium will be designat ed by blue cards or ribbon attached to the article or animal; second pre mium, red. These badges will be placed on the animal or article Im mediately on making the award. No article or animal deemed un worthy «hall be awarded a premium. But no premium shall be with held merely because there Is no competi tion. If the article is not worthy of tbe first premium, it may be awarded the second premium. Any error In the record of pre miums caused by the oversight or neglect, of the superintendent shall be subject to correction In the publi cation of premiums awarded, when ever proof Is furnished the manage ment that a mistake has been made. Special Notice AH premiums not called for before the first of January next succeeding the exhibition or meeting at which they were awarded will be considered donations to the association. The association will not tie respon sible for accidents to live stock or poultry, which may have occurred from any case whatsoever, but every precaution will be used to prevent accidents of any nature. 5 10 Rules Men in charge of the stock are strictly prohibited from making any remarks regarding the stock unless Information be required of them by the Judges or superintendent. Per sons infringing on this rule will be excluded from the ring by tbe super intendent. Any exhibitor placing ribbons on any article or animal shall be requir ed to remove said article or ^nitnal from the grounds, and will forfeit all claims to premiums and subject him self to publication. Care of Stock Rule 1.—Feed will be furnished and good care given tbe stock. While it Is greatly preferred, and exhibitors are especially urged to attend In per son and care for their own birds, yet those who cannot attend can send their stock to the fair where It will receive good care and attention. Rule 2—The judges will be govern ed by the Standards of Perfection. Rule 3- Birds comprising breeding pens must be specified by tbe exhib itor at the time of the entry and re corded on entry blanks. Birds com prising the breeding pens cannot compete as single birds also. The Piobale Court ahall hear and determine such complaint, and If It I» determined that such child la a Iuv enile disorderly person within the meaning of Mila act, lie ur ehe shall be committed to a children's home, If eligible, or to U»e Idaho Industrial Training School, or to some other training school, taking Into sccount the years of the child with reference to the institution selected.
