Order to Show Cause Why Order of Sale of
Real Estate Should Not be Made.
In the Probate court of the County of Clear
water, state of Idaho.
In the matter of the estate of Francis Carle,
deceayed
John Qaffney, the executor of the estate of
Francis Carle, deceased, having filed in this
court his petition duly verified, praying for an
order of sale of all of the real estate of said
Francis Carle, deceased,
therein set forth
It is therefore ordered that all persons Inter
ested in the estate of said Francis Carle, de
ceased, appear before the said Probate court on
Tuesday, the 14th day of January, 1913, at the
hour of to o'clock, A. M. of said day, at the court
room of said court in the Village of Ororino. in
the county of Clearwater and the state of Idaho,
then and there to show cause why an order
should not be granted to the snid John Gaffney
Executor, to sell all of the real estate of the said
Francis Carle, deceased, and that a copy of this
order be published at least four successive
weeks in the Clearwater Republican, a
paper printed and published in said county.
The real estate hereinbefore referred to is
particularly described as follows to-wit:
Tract No. 1. Commencing at the center of
Section Two (2) in Township Thirty-six (36)
North of Range Five (5( east, Boise Meridian,
and running west 200 feet, thence north 126 feet;
thence west 60 feet, thence south 125 feet; thence
west 32 feet; thence north 297 feet; thence north
westerly 225 feet; thence northeaster!^ to a poiut
945 feet east of the Northwest corner of the south
half of the southeast quarter of the northwest
quarter of said Section Two (2 (; thence east to
the Northeast corner of the said South half of
the Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter,
thence south to the place of beginning.
Tract No. 2. Commencing 25 feet north of Lot
One (t) in Block Three (31 in the town of
Pierce and running north 240 feet, thence east
terly 142 feet, thence southerly 254 feet, thence
westerly to placo of beginning.
Tract No. 3. Lot Four (41 of Block One ) 1 ) in
the town of Pierce, according to the recorded
plat thereof in the office of the county recordi r
of Clearwater county, State of Idaho.
Dated this 4th day of December, 1612.
