ORDINANCE NO. 91.
An ordinance to amend Ordinance
No. 85, to fix the time and place
for the meetings of the Village
Board of Trustees of the Village of
St. Anthony.
Be it ordained by the Chairman
and Board of Trustees of the
Village of St. Anthony,
Sec. 1. That the regular meet
ings of the Board of Trustees of the
Village of St. Anthony, shall be
held and convened in the rear room
on the second floor of the building
known as the Holcomb-Youmans
building, on Bridge street of the
Village of St. Anthony, Idaho, at
8 o'clock P. M. on the first Mon
day of each and every mouth, until
the same is changed by ordinance.
Sec. 2. That all ordinances
and parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby
repealed.

NOTICE OF SALE OF SCHOOL
BONDS.
Notice is hereby given, that the
Board of School Trustees of School
District No. 50 of Fremont County,
State of Idaho, will on Monday the
26th day of September, A. D.
1904, at one o'clock p. m. at the
office of Rich & Millsaps, Attorneys
at Law, at St. Anthony, Idaho,
offer for sale to the highest bidder
for cash, lawful money of the U. S.
Coupon Bonds of said School Dis
trict in the sum of $5000.00. Said
Bonds to be dated October 1, 1904,
and to draw interest at not to
exceed the rate of 6 per cent, in
terest payable semi-annually. Said
bonds to be in denominations of
$1,000.00 each and tobe due and
payable in 20 years from the date
of same. The Board reserves the
right to reject any and all bids.
Dated at Market Lake, Fremont
County, Idaho, this 23rd day of
August, A. D. 1904.

within twenty days; or if served
elsewhere, within forty days.
The said action is brought to
obtain a decree of this court
reforming and correcting Warranty
Deed made by John B. Cutshaw
and Lovina Cutshaw, his wife, on
the 23rd day of December, A. D.
1895, to this Plaintiff, so as to in
clude in said Deed Block No. 13 in
the town of Market Lake, Fremont
County, State of Idaho* as shown
by the recorded Plat of said Town,
which said Block No. 13 was by
mutual mistake of all the parties
omitted from said Deed and also for
the further purpose of quieting
title to the said Block No. 13 ; all
of which more fully appears in the
Complaint on file in this action,
reference to which is hereby made.
And you are hereby notified
that if you fail to appear and
answer the said complaint, as above
required, the said Plaintiff will
apply to the court for the relief
demanded in the Complaint.
