COMMISSIONERS' PROCEEDINGS Blackfooit,Idaho, Monday, April 10, 'll. State of Idaho, County of B'imgham, ss. The Board of County Commission* ers met on this day in regular ses sion pursuant to law, present W. H. Stuifflebeam, chairman, T. R. Jones and T. J. Bennett, commissioners, J. T. Carruth, clerk when, the following proceedings were had-, to-wit: In the matter of the refund of tax of • Nellie M. Wall. This matter coming on reigularly to be heard at Uhls Cime and it appear ing to the Dciaird thpt certain delin quent taxes on lots one and two and seven and the North half cf the Northwest quarter cf the Southeast, Northeast quarter ic.f southeast quar t r of section twenty-two, Township three south -of range thirty-four, f-cr the year 1901 had been erroneously assessed. -It was ordered till t the de iinquei It taxes iflcr the said year 1901 be and the same are hereby canc lied and that a check for One Hundred four and forty-two hundredths dollars from the said N- llie M. Wall be ac cepted as full payment for delinquent taxes f-cr ithe years 1899 air.-d 1900. In the matter of approving reports of County Officers. The following officers have filed their reports for the c-ciunty and on March 31st, the same were fully con sidered and ap-prloved and' filed,Frank W. Jordan, J. T. Carruth, H. C. Buck lin, Frank E.
