The complaint alleges that the plain tiff is the owner in fee of, in possession of, and entitled to the posession of lot numbered eighteen (18) in block num bered twenty-eight (28) of Lewis' Ad dition to the City of Blackfoot, Bing ham County, Idaho, according to the recorded plat thereof of Bingham Coun ty records, together with all tenements and hereditaments thereto appertain ing. It is further alleged that the plain tiff ever since the 12th day of Oc tober, 1901, has been and is now in the absolute, uninterrupted, exclusive, op en and notorious possession of said land and premises above described and the whole thereof, and that during the whole of said time has occupied and used the said premises, and paid all taxes, state, county and municipal, that have been levied or assessed upon or against said lands and yicmises and every part thereof. It is further al leged that you, the above named de fendauts, and each and every of you, claim some estate or interest thereia adverse to this plaintiff; that the claim of you and each of you is without any right whatever, and that you nor either of you have any right, title or interest whatever in or to said land and prem ises, or to any part thereof. Said complaint prays that you and each of you be required to set forth the nature of your several claims, and that by the decree of this court it be ad judged and decreed that you and each of you hnvejio estate, right, title of in terest, in or to said lands and prem ises, or to any part or portion thereof, and that the plaintiff's title be quieted in said lands and premises, and that you and each and every of you be forever enjoined and debarred by said decree from asserting any claim whatever in or to said land and premises, adverse to the plaintiff for general relief and for costs of suit. And you are further, notified that unless you so appear and answer said complaint within the time herein speci fied, the plaintiff will take judgment against you as prayed in said com plaint.
