The child is doing fine. Sunday services were held in the L. D. S. church, the B'ilble Class from Blackfoot taking up the time. William Dalton was a visitor to Moreland on Monday. He and Mr. Knowlen were o ntheir way to Lost River, where Mr. Knowlen lias sheep. Mr. Dalton ds the blacksmith at the Knowlen ranch. Vernon Kinney was a caller at the Duroc farm on Sunday. Mrs. Wm. Christensen has gone to Hamer, Idaho, to visit her mother, who is very sick. CarlisSe Roberts was a caller at the home of his uncle, Wm. Mc Knight on Sunday last. Mr. and Mrs. J. M. Jordan and daughter, were visiting their parents this week. A. B. McBride and daughter and Mrs. Virgil McBride and babes, have arrived in Moreland for a'short visit. Lloyd Anderson has returned from Rexburg, where he has been attend ing school the past winter. J. J. McKnigiht and iLloyd Ander son motored to Blackfoot on Satur day. Misses Iona and Melba Parker, of Joseph, Utah, are visiting at the homes of their sisters, Mrs. Ernest Anderson and Mrs. H. McKnight. Mrs. Alvie Leavitt, Mrs. Josephine Decker, and Miss Hortense Richard son, went to Lava Hot Springs to at tend the funeral of their sister's ohiild who was accidentally poisoned. Mrs. John England, Mrs. Sarah Beuse and Mrs. Calvin Wheeler, were callers at the home of Mrs. James Leavitt on Tuesday. Mrs. Leavitt is some better, and is able to slit up, but is in very |poor health yet/. Dr. Patrie was in Moreland on Tuesday, looking after some cases of small pox. Many of our farmers are working on the different canals, getting them ready for spring water. Wim. England returned to his ranch in the hills Monday. Mrs. Rodney Farnsworth was a visitor at the Fiance home on Mon day. Mrs. Faulconer, the County Super intendemt, was at t*h school on Tuesday. Evan Jones has bought tractor. O O O ©eooooooooooooc The children of Arms Warren are recovering from ithe ducken pox. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Bailey are visiting their daughter, Mrs. J. Wlx- j om. Mrs. Charles Packham, who was | operated on tor appendicitis last week, is getting «long nicely. J. Wixom has recovered from hlis illness, and is able to resume his duties. The Relief Society teachers made their monthly visits the past week. Last Saturday the stork was very generous in bringing ito ithe home of Mr. and Mrs. Emeron Yancey, twins, a boy and ia igirl. Mother and chil dren are doing nicely. Rasmus Knudson is working for Rasmus C.hnistensen. Mrs. Rasmus Knudson spent Thursday afternoon with Mrs. Ed Gaff ner. Mr. and Mrs. Sutton, of Pocatello, spent Sunday with her mother, Mrs. Nygard. Dr. and Mrs. J. O. Hampton spent Friday everting with Mr. and Mrs. Victor Hampton. The nurse, Mrs. Miartin, who has been giving lectures at the Relief Society Hall tor some time, complet ed her course Thursday. Those who have been attending h;r class were given a written examination, after] which ice cream and oike were ser ved. The dance at the Grovela.nd Ward Hat'l, Thursday night, was well at tended. Miss Delta Mangum visited her parents Sunday. Messrs. Orson and Wallace Pack ham spent Saturday ait Lava Hot Springs. Mrs. Wm. Oscar, was a sufferer with epileptic tits for several years. Has now taken 10 treatments from Dr. Flodquist the Chiropractor, and lias not had a spell since commencing with him.
