SPECIAL TRAIN TO THE FAIR
ON THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 21
The regular semi-monthly meeting of the Aberdeen
Commercial Club was held recently at the Rexall Store,
Due to the fact that luncheon was a few minutes late in
starting, the members did not have much time to handle
much business. Considerable discussion over the time of
leaving Aberdeen in tlie morning and Blackfoot in the
evening on the date of the special train to the fair, re
sulted in the setting of the time as follows: Leaves Aber
deen at 9 a. in. Returning, leaves Blackfoot at 10:30
p. m. Last year the special left Blackfoot at 8 p. m. The
reason for making the hour later Ibis year is to give ev
eryone a chance to witness tlie fireworks display which
starts at 8:30.
A committee of three, composed of A. E. McCly>
mouds, J. A. Moore and C. M. Sly, have charge of the
live stock car to the fair at Blackfoot. A percentage
equal to 50 per cent of the prize money w r ill he asked from
each person shipping stock in this car. Anyone wishing
space in the car should get in touch with one of the above
mentioned committee at once.—Aberdeen Times.
