Is hereby given to each of the above-named
delinquent taxpayers, that unless the taxes
penalty ar.d cos’s bn paid in full, in current
funds to me at my office, on or before the
THIRD MONDAY (the 19:b day) of January,
A. D. 1891.
That on that dav In Hawthorne, in the county
of Esmeralda, State of Nevada, at the Court
house door of said county, between the hours
of 9 o'clock A. M. and 10 o'clock P. M., to
wit, commencing at 10 o’clock A. M. of that
day, I will sell at public auction for current
funds, to the bidder who will take the smallest
quantity of real estate assessed lo each per
son heretofore mentioned, to satisfy the
taxes, penalty and costs hereon, and that such
sale is subject to redemption within six
months after date of sale by payment of all
said sums with three per cent per month
thereon from date of sale until paid.

the Board of County Commissioners of
Esmeralda county, Nevada,will receive sealed
proposals up to 10 o'clock A. M. of January I,
1891 for the maintenance and medical care
of the indigent sick of said county for the
fiscal year 1891, and also for tho medicino and
medical care of all persons who may for any
cause be confined in the jail of said county
for the same period.
Contracts to be awarded to the lowest and
most responsible bidder. The right to rejec
sny and all bids is reserved by the Board.
