STRIKERS WRECK A COAL WORKS TIPPLE Wheelings. W. Va.. Nov. 8.—Mon day night unknown nten placed dyna mite bomb in the scale house un derneath the tipple of the Elmn Grove Coal Works six miles east of here. When u fire was kindled an ex; ssion followed, completely wreck ing the scale house and partly dis mantling the tipple. No one was in jured. Labor troubles are supposed to have been at the bottom of the outrage. The company refused to sign the scale when the strike was called off last summer, and Monday It started up with non union men. HAS MORE FUN WITHOUT HUBBY.
