Fred Bourne, a son of Stephen Bourne, of Graham, was killed early yesterday morning while working as motorman at a hoist at High Falls Station, N. Y. He fell a dis tance of 500 feet and was instantly killed. His remains were brought to Virginia for interment and were expected to reach Giles county late this afternoon. He was 24 years of age and was married, wife being a young lady from Fayette county, in th's state. SERIOUSLY ILL. Charles W. Moss, who was opera ted on for appendicitis, is said to bo Seriously ill.
