According to a report received bore lute this afternoon a murder an«l a lynching took place Hirbtmns morning al Hurley. Va., the scene of the .IttHtis family murder in Sei* | 1ember. Late Friday night Henry Pennington shot and killed Sam Raker and fatally wounded Baker's wife, a daughter of Aunt Mettle Jus tla.
