As indicated by reports to the Tradesman for the week ending to-day the industrial development throughout the Southern states continues unabated. In a major, ity of the new industries estab lished during the week, noted in the accompanying list, the capi talization is stated and the fig ures run into the millions of dol lars. Some of the more impor tant concerns, however, do not state their capitalization, but all that are listed are important as bearing upon the industrial fu ture of this section. Texas and Oklahoma lead the Southern States this week in the number and diversity of new industries and the two Virginias will also be seen to be near up toward the head of the list.
