Destruction of Property.
S. K. Barker, of Pinch Hun. appear
ed before Squire Kinney and swore
cut a warrant for the arrest of Geo.
McMlllen, charging him with malici
ously destroying property, tearing
down fences and cutting down trees
He was arrested by Officer Travers,
arraigned before Justice Kinney, en
tered a pica of not guilty and gave
bond for a hearing this evening.
