warning as to the consequence of turn

that either young man pulled the alarm,
although he said he was watching to

CRASH WAS DRUNK

Roth of Kus>t Wheeling. and the auto
mobile ot' J. S. Boleii. also of the Kast
End. were badly damaged after six
o'clock last evening when Union's car
crashed int.i Rutli's machine at McCol
looli' and Eleventh street
Roth's automobile, unoccupied, was
parked on the street when the machine
driven l?y Bob n came up and crashed
Into according to information given
the police.
Shortly after seven o'clock. Motor
cycle Officer "Heaner" Roth found Bolen
tin his garage, trying to repair the dam
age his car suffered In the crash. Ao
cordlng to the officer, Bolen showed
signs of intoxication and he was ar
rested on a drunk charge. Police I.leu
tenant Miller ordered him held while a
further Investigation of the wreck Is
being made.
Roth's automobile had one wheel
broken and the rear end of the machine
was badly stored up. Rolen's machine
had an axle badly bent and the front
end ot the car was badly used up.
