The section behind the break is one of the richest farming sections in Louisiana, and is largely devoted , to cotton planting. In the immediate, path of the flood are the towns of Fer riday. Junks. Ohio, where he will deliver an ad dress tomorrow at exercises comment orating the centennial of thd birth of General Grant.
