beginning. And that the voting place

PRECINCT NO. 4.?Beginning at a
point in the county road near the said

running with the western boundary

district, line to the Lincoln district
line; thence with the Lincoln district
line to a point in said line near the
residence of Milton Shroyer, so as to
leave said Shroyer in precinct No. S;
thence in a straight line to a point,
in the Farmington pike at the Cona"way
graveyard on top of the hill;
Thence with the top of the ridge to a
point in the Barrackville road near
the Catholic cemetery; and thence
with line of precinct No. 1 and precinct

1, and running thence up said river
with its meanders to a point; thence
leaving said river and running N. G9
deg. 45 min. W. TG2 feet, and running
on the line between Joseph M. Fleming's
reservation and the lands of
JFairmont Development Company's addition
to the Town of Fairmont to the
east side of the alley between Park
avenue and Minor avenue (of said addition)

feet, crossing Eighth street- to the
south side of Ninth street; and thence
