In addition to the votes allowed on paymenta;on subscriptions
there will be. printed in; each issue of-the West Vteginian a coupon
which,-when properly^ filled out and brought'tir sent to this office
will be good for 25 votes during the first week of the contest
and good for'five votes each day thereafter during the life of the
contest, but "each coupon will be good only for one week after
it is issued .and must be voted on or before the date of expiration
printed-on the coupon.
