'I he child is about six months old, and is said to be a perfeat specimen of albino, having white hnir, pinkish eyes, and white skin. Albinism i a rare nud peculiar phenomenon, which consists in the absence of coloring matter from the skin, and also of the dark pigment which col ors the hair and eyes.
