Found dead on the 23d inst., on the La porte toad, about nine miles Northwest of this place, a man tuoposed to be about 45 years of age, five feet 6 inches high, light com plexion, dark brown hair, and bald-headed. Upon inquest, was found in his breeches jocKei, i du in silver cnange, a pocket kni e, 2 pair of Spectacles one with and the other without a case, a bundle containing 2 shirts, a s' ort coat, light color, together with a small kit ol shoemaking tools and a pint flask con taining about one gill of whisky.
