3 ! LEGISLATURE m HAS TOTAL OF 265 BILLS SALOON MEASURES OT PROCT OR AND. FLEMING ATTRACT MORE INTEREST THAN ALL OTHERS MARSHALL HAS IDEAS Governor Desires the Tower of Cor porations Ximited in Indiana Many Bills Will be Withdrawn. Indianapolis, Ind.. Jan. 16. That the so-called administration and plat form measures introduced in the sixty-seventh general assembly of Indi ana will have to be carefully conid cred, disseetod and perhaps redrawn seems practically -a certainly from the fact that upon nearty every topic that has been touched there have been several bills introduced contain in? different phases of the policies advocated. Two hundred and sixty-five bills have been introduced and a numbei of these touch upon the platform measures. Oovernor Thomas Mars-hall said this evening that he could not definitely jrive his sanction to any specific measure at this time because he had not had time as yet to po into the measures bearing upon the plat form pledjres and matters advocated in his message, but that in ireneral he expected the legislature to enact laws that wonld carry out the intent of the platform of the democratic party npon which the men were elected to office. Marshall for Regulation. In respect to the local option and the Iirmer situation, he regards it as imperative that the legislature enact . "h bill for the substitution of the city and township unit for the county nnif and in addition a stronsr regulatory measure with severe penalties for the violations of any regulation. In sofar as he has examined the Fleming - bill he feels that it is drawn alone the risht lines and that some definite law should be agreed upon covering this aspect of the chancre in the liquor laws of the state. A local option measure was intro duced in the senate by 'Senate Rob ert F.. Proctor of Elkhart and in the hone of representatives by Keenv of "Rising Sun this week. The saloon reg ulation measure wa offered in the - tipper branch of the legislature by Seatnor Stephen B. Flemincr of Fort Wavm and in the lower by Represen tative Adolph Seidensticker of Indi anapolis. TT . The bill - also " provides .that the foreign corporation shall have no creator privileges in In diana than it enjoys in its own state. Dr. Finch enjoys a state wide reputation, among the profession and the Public of Indiana, where for more than Forty Year he has devoted his entire time to the Study, Treatment and Cure of Chronic Diseases. The Doctor has had wonderf ul success in his chosen work, that of curing chronic sufferers, Men, Women and Chil dren. Tire Patients he has restored to Health after they had given up all hope of Lein; Cured are numbered by the Thousands. lie isa kind, generous, democratic gentleman to meet, of high scholarly attainments, and dignified per sonality. Coupled with a Fatherly inter est, in all who seek his advice. He does not take a Patient for Treatment unless he can foresee a Cure of the Case. The most commendable feature of his work, and one that appeals to the ordinary sick person, is the fact of his charges being so reasonable and moderate as to make it within the reach of even the very poor. At no time do the charges amount to more than $7.00 a month or about $1.50 a week. He gives his own medicines, and tLere are no extra Charges. It takes him never more than from four to six Months to Cure a Case under Treatment. All Cases, even those who have been given up as Incurable or Hopeless, have been Cured and resto.ed to perfect health by this Brilliant Physiciaji and the wonderful methods he employs. : If you want to meet him and have him examine you, go to see him, and talk. the matter over with him. It will cost you nothing it ae does not put you anaer treatment. If he takes your case, it will cost you a very small sum to get well.
