Saal, the eminent homeopathic physician, died at his home on Vine street, near Ninth, this morning, atter a brief illness. Dr. Seal bad been for many years a resident of this city, and bad gained for himself a large circle of warm personal friends and admirers bt his earnest, practical labors and untiring kindness, and his death will be sincerely regretted by ail who knew him, either in profes sional or private life.
