Motor Troubles Quickly Found By Grindle Co. One Q/ the marvels of the United Motors Service offered by the Grin dle Sales company of Harlingen is the uncanny and unerring way in which it diagnoses motor troubles1 in automobiles. Better still it de tects breakdowns and deterioration before they develop into serious trouble for the automobile owner. Hundreds of motorists have al ready taken advantage of the motor testing service nis tailed several months ago by the Harlingen firm. It is not limited to motor troubles but detects worn parts in the igni tion system and other parts of the elecrical system as well. Although a motor may appear to be running smoothly, there always are certain parts more worn than others and it is more economical to replace them before a breakdown occurs because a breakdown may prove expensive and may come when the owner cannot well spare the time to have his car in the garage for a repair job. Motor efficiency is measured by the new machine much in the same way that a doctor diagnoses human ills. Efficiency of spark plugs, coils, spark gaps, piston rings and many other vital parts is measured by means of senstive instruments. L. G. Grindle. manager of the firm, urges that motorists have their automobiles tested with the United Motors Service which has already saved thousands of dollars to Valley motorists by anticipating breakdowns and enabling auto own ers to take due precautions before expensive repair bills are Incurred. The Grindle Sales Co. had a small beginning but has grown rapidly until it supplies many Val ley garages and shops with various kinds of equipment and accessories. #.!^ng other things, the Grindle Sales Co., is distributor for the famous Pennzoil lubricants.
