The Evening News in Atlantic for $4.00 a year, regular price $5.00 The Weekly News, anywhere for $1.00 a year, regular price $1.50 There are no strings to this offer, except that the Subscriptions MUST BE RECEIVED AT THIS OFFICE during the six days commencing Sept. 1 1th and ending Sept. 16thJ Old Subscribers as well as New Can take advantage of it, the only condition being that The Bargain Rate Must Be Strictly in Advance In other words a man now getting the Daily or Weekly News who is in arrears must pay up to the date the new subscription commences at the regular rate for the delin quent subscription and the paper will be extended at the bargain rate. Our Reason For Doing This The News has always said when it got ready to give away any portion of its profits it would give it to its Readers and not to outsiders.
