While Mr Ha.us Aagaard was crossing live Chicago Rock Island and Pacific Railway track at Ham lin Thursday last with his team and wagon at six o'clock P. M. he was not aware of till© near approach of the incoming train.. He was startled to see it so near him' and before be could get out of itp way the train struck the hind part of his wagon throwing him out on his head.
