Y'd 1 .4bttt SrJj, . THROUGH THE AIR. IlQ Tronnutlo Hellenic Tor the Trunin portMion of Freight and Pnnaen Korn. SPRiNOFirT.D, III., July 21. The vErial NaTigation Company of Chicago lias been incorporated to triisport paisengem and freight through the air. Two millions of dollars comprint) the capital stock of the new corporation, and each Bhare to be Bold at $200. The total number of shares is to bo 2(,000. The immense amount of capital stock, together with the comparatively mall number of shares is evidence that the scheme is something more than an aggregation of intaugiblo ideas, and from the information gleaned it is probnblo something more will be heard of tho "vttrial Navigation Company" in the near future. It is asserted that the machines to be manufactured by this company are a perfection of the one tested at Hartford, Conn., noarly two years ag9, which at that time attractod such widespread intorest. Immediato steps are to be taken toward tho manufacture of a monster machine of great power and capacity, and if the inventors of thej machine are not it will bo but a few months before the scientific and inventive world will be electrified by the announcement of attained perfection in icrial navigation. Ill IT Failure. PiTTsnuitu, Pa., July 21. Tho Manchester Iron & Stool (Company, with a capital stock of 5500,000, have assigned to W. W. Martin, of Allegheny City, and Henry Stanton, of New York. Their liabilities arc about 3725,000, with prefeiences amounting to S07,000. Their losses from manufacturing exceed $350,000, which have been somewhat increased by outside transactions. The failure is a very great surpriso in every department of the trade. Cattle Fever. Boston, July 22. Thero are several cases of Texas fovcr among Texas cattle brought to Worcester. It is stated the board of cattle commissioners will issue an order forbidding tho bringing of any more ef these cattle into the stats. Friday linno Itnll.
