WASHINGTON, June 2.—Four sticks of dynamite, with burning fuse attached, was found today, under the office of Secretary Houston. The' watchman who found the dynamite believes It was placed there by a man by the nume of Daniels who is thought to tie insane and who was arrested by the police a short time after the discovery in the vicinity of the build ing. • _;_ I PRESIDENT BANKER SUICIDES.
