Heed arrived from Valdez this morning and will remain here several days before going to Anchorage on a bujiness trip. John Matzka arrived this morning to take up duties at ;>e cable office. He occupies the position which was held by Jack Lynch. —*5— H. P. Hutton, United States fish commissioner, arrived on the Alame da this morning and will sail west on the Dora to visit the Bristol bay can neries. He is accompanied by J.
