Sec. 4. Wlicucicr it siall appear to tho satisfaction of tho board of school trustees of uny school district in this territory that the parents, guardians or other persons having cliurgo or control of any child or children in uttondunco upon tho public school of suld district, in accordance with the provisions of tills Act, uro unable to procure suitable books, stationery, etc.. for such child or children, it shall lio tlie duty of such board to procure, or cuusoto bo procured, for such child or chil dren ull necessary hooks. stationery, etc.; the same to bo paid far out of tho funds of said district In tho sumo way that other claims against tho school district are now allowed aud paid; provided, that ull books, station ery, etc.. purchased under tho provisions of this Act shall bo deemed tho property of tho school district, to bo under tbo euro und con trol of tho school trustees when not In uetual use. Sec. B. All fincscollcctcd under tho provis ions of this Act shall bo paid Into tho county treasury on tho account of tho county school fund. Sec. 0.
