Cotton began on Monday to furnish the
Santa Fe Pacific railroad company
with all the section men needed he
tueen Albuquerque and Winslow.
They will receive $1.10 per day. All
section men w est of Winslow are Jap
anese who receive $1.00 per day, the
contractor getting the other 10 cents
paid by the company for that class of
labor. A number of Mexican laborers
returned east on the 1st.
