(/P)— Representative Cochrane, Democrat, of Missouri, devotes five columns of the most recent post-session Con gressional Record to a detailed ana lysis of Senator James A. Reeds contributions to American statesman ship and concludes: “A great majori ty of it’s (Missouri’s) people, regard less of party affiliations are eager to contribute for the benefit of the whole United States, the distingush ed services of James A. (IP)—A large percentage of the new “N Y-L” training planes now being built for the Navy are to be sent to the North Island Air Station for use there.
