S. Discoverer, from the Lake Clarke district. Upon leaving Seward a year ago, the newlyweds took in a large out fit which was carried over land and water for hundreds of tmiles into the very heart of a virgin fur country. Lake Clarke. There they set to work immediately and built their cabin, laid in their supply of fuel, and settled down to await the coming of snow and opening of the trapping season. They worked hard and lived content edly almot devoid off contact with their fellowmen during their stay in the wilderness. The major world evelnts of the past year were totally unknown to them until they emerged a few’- days ago. They bring back a large bag of beautiful furs; both are in perfect health, and happy, and are looking for. ward to a repetition of the last vear.
