WHEREAS, at a special election held in the Town of Seward, Alaska, on September 10, 1928, pursuant to Ordinance No. 101, passed and ap proved August 6, 1928, more'than 65 percent of the votes cast at such election were in favor of the issu. ance of general bonds in the princi. pal sum of $50,000.00, to pay the costs of constructing and equiping a public school building in said Town of Seward: now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COM.
