The disarmament com mittee itself was virtually unani mous in inviting America and other non-members to discuss the proposed truce in armament con struction. Viscount Cecil, speaking for Britain, wished to limit non members participants to the U. S., Russia and Turkey, but the others were included on the motion of Spain. FORMER PREMIER KILLED WARSAW, Sept. 26. (/P) —Count Alexander Sknsynsky, 49 years of age, diplomat and former premier, was killed in an automobile colli sion at Ostrow.
