Wirrle Long, Jr., and children, Susan and Gail, left Sunday for their home in San Bar nadino, Calif,, after visiting his par ents, Mr. and Mrs. L. Wirrie Long, Sr., last week. Miss Hannah Long of Berwyn, Md., came over last Thursday and stayed until Sunday to be with her brother and family and parents. They also had another sister and family, Mr. and Mrs. Kendall Kocker and son, Jimmy, of Rehoboth Beach, with them a part of the week so all the family could be together. Mrs. Martha Long went to her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Lee Everett and son, at their home, Kenton, Del., last Thursday, to spend a few days. Mr. and Mrs. Layton W. McCabe and daughters, Bonnie, Nancy, and NyFay, motored to Philadelphia, Sat Hfday, and went to see Mrs. Mc Cabe's sister, Mrs. Ratie Upton and son, Tommy, after which they at tend the Barnum and Bailey Cir cus performance. • Mr. and Mrs. James West and > children, Sandra and J. R., of Gainsville, Ga., arrived Saturday to visit their parents, her's, Mr. and Mrs. James Harrison in Salis bury. Md.; his, Mr. and Mrs. Wil liam J. West of Selbyville. On Sun day, they had dinner with his par ents and a sister, Mrs. Ralph Lew is, and children, Denny and Debo rah, of Williamsville, was also present, after which they went to Georgetown to visit another sis ter and family, Mr. and Mrs. Clar ence Short, Donald, Barbara, and \ Richard. The Tuesday afternoon bridge club met at the home of Mrs. Frank M. Long on Church Street, this week. Mr. and Mrs. James Law enter tained to dinner Friday evening, Dr. and Mrs. Asher B. Carey, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Timmons, and Mr. and Mrs. Brice E. McCabe, after which they enjoyed playing bridge. Mr. Milton Hudson was rushed to Peninsula General Hospital in Salisbury, Md., last Wednesday, after suffering from a heart at tack. Mrs. Joanne McCabe, R. N., is with him. Mr. and Mrs. Raymond B. Morris and daughter, Jannet, were Sunday dinner guests of Mrs. Morris' sis ter and husband. Dr. and Mrs. W. O. Daisey, at their home in Reho both Beach, Del. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Lynch and daughters, Gale and Karon, enter tained over the week-end, Mr. and Mrs. Earnest Moon and children, •Steve and Nona, of Newport, Del. Mrs. Rhoda A. Wells was glad to have her son and family, Mr. and Mrs. Calvin W. Wells and son of Harrington. Del., to spend the week-end, and on Monday of this week, Mrs. Wells' mother, Mrs. An na Jane Baker, came to see her for a few days. Mr. and Mrs. Elbert Evans and children. Elbert, Jr., and Helen, spent Sunday afternoon with his brother and wife, Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Evans, at their home in Ocean City, Md. Mrs. Florence Bonneville enter tained her sister. Public Service Hospital in Baltimore, Md., very much improved. Miss Lucille Smith of Wilmington, arrived Sat urday to spend the holidays with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. R. B. Smith, Sr., at their hothe on Mc Cabe Street. James Edward Quillen returned to his job in Philadelphia, Sunday, with the Atlantic Refining Co., I af ter a vacation with his parents ; Mr. and Mrs. Howard Quillen. Mrs. Dollie Williams was taken to the Peninsula General Hospital i in Salisbury, Md.. last Friday, for treatments. We wish for her a speedy recovery. > . Mrs. May Morris and Mrs. Alber ta Watson spend the Memorial holi days at College Park, Md.. as the guests of Charlie A. Morris, Mrs. Morris' son, who is a student at the University of Maryland. They attended the Baccalaureate service fh® chapel on Sunday where Charlie is a member of the Uni versity Chapel Choir. They took a trip on the Sky Line Drive, and on Monday morning attended the Memorial services at Arlington National Cemetery, where the Uni versity choir again sang. They turned home Monday night. Wiggs of Tulsa, Okla., present clothing items donated by the 176th Armored Field Artillery Battalion to a small Korean school girl as part of the Armed Forces Assistance to Korea program. Both men are drivers in the battalion's Headquarters Battery. Corporal Gray, whose wife, Grace, lives in Selbyville, entered the Army in Augu.it, 1952, and completed basic training at Camp Pickett, Va. Private Wiggs, formerly of 336 S. Victor, Tulsa, arrived in Korea last December. He entered the Army in June, 1953, and completed basic training at Camp Chaffee Ark (U. S.
