Dc CAE STRIKES MAIL WACOM. An Accident on Fanny BUI Last Even ing. An accident occurred on the Darby trolley line, at tho Edge Moor road, at the foot of Penny Hill, last evening. It was very dark at the point where the railway tracks croasthe public road. The Iwrao attached to tlie rural mail delivery wagon of John Donohoe, in crossing the tracks, fell into a ditch on the side of the road. One of the rear wheels of the vehicle waa on the track and a south Iwund Darby car came down Penny Hill and collidecf with the projecting wagon wheel. The wheel was demolished and the car derailed. Nobody was injured. A heavy ahower came up while the Wilmington wrecking crow was putting the car back on the rails and Assistant Superintendent Geiger and Dispatcher Anderson, as well a» the other employee engaged in the work, got a drenching.
